If you experience any technical issues with boggler.biz TM that prevent you from using the service, or if it's determined that we charged you in error, we will issue you a refund for your subscription payment. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge.
We cannot grant you a refund for any charges that are more than 30 days old.
All refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds via cash, check, or other payment methods. We can only refund purchases that have happened in the last 30 days to the original payment method that we have on file for you.
Cancellation Policy:
All monthly and yearly subscriptions to boggler.biz TM automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to pay for the service. Please see our help center article for instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
Reservation of Rights:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, if you are in breach of any applicable product terms, or if we reasonably suspect that you are using our service fraudulently.
